Here's an example of a Graylin automated workflow. A tenant reports a burst pipe on WhatsApp. Graylin receives the message and immediately starts a workflow run.
It assesses the issue from the photo and message, routes it to the right service person, sends an approval request to the property owner, and once approved, coordinates the repair and confirms with the tenant.
Once the repair is done, the plumber sends proof of work. Graylin confirms with the tenant, sends the evidence to the landlord for approval, and once approved, automates payment and closes the service run.
